Urban Surveying & Design Ltd thoroughly enjoyed a highly engaging and informative first aid training day with Chris. A fantastic session that was both practical and enjoyable!

I recently completed my first aid training with East Kent First Aid Ltd, delivered by Christopher Kenneally, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Christopher was brilliant—very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made sure we fully understood everything we needed to know and took the time to explain things clearly rather than just rushing through the course. The practical side was also really useful and helped make everything easier to remember. I came away feeling much more confident and prepared to deal with a first-aid situation if needed. Highly recommend East Kent First Aid Ltd and Christopher Kenneally. Great training and a great instructor!

Exceptional service from Chris who is highly knowledgeable and engages well with the audience.

Chris was a great instructor! Super clear and helpful the whole day and very effective and confident teaching.

Fantastic, engaging course. Chris is a great teacher- informative and encouraging! I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

I recently attended the Emergency First Aid at Work Course with Anaphylaxis bolt on training. Chris our trainer was extremely engaging and knowledgeable. It was brilliant that the course was so hands on so that you felt equiped to deal with first aid incidents should they arise. This course is not just usful within the workplace, but also outside of work, and these basic life skills should be held by everyone, in my opinion. As well as being very informative, the course was very reasonably proced, and I would recommend East Kent First Aid Ltd to anyone looking to complete first aid training.

I attended a level 3 Emergency First Aid in the workplace. Chris provided an excellent course and explained the various modules fully. I would gladly attend another course run by Chris.

Brilliant first aid course run by Chris. Kept us interested and informed through the day. Just finish my second course with Chris, another enjoyable and informative day. Brilliant value for money. Highly recommended.

Chris delivered a really enjoyable first aid training to our church and we were able to practice many techniques and have fun whilst talking about serious situations. Chris was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a great day. Thank you.

Fantastic first aid course for a primary school, all of the resources needed and very knowledgeable. All of the adaptions put in place to make it accessible for all and everybody comfortable. Thankyou.

Brilliant courses. Chris was brilliant as well, professional and fun at the same time.

Attended a first aid course today with Chris. He is a true professional who delivers his course with pride and passion. Thank you for your dedication to both the people attending and those who we now have the potential to help.

Well run , good practice sessions Chris was very professional and got everyone to interact rather than talk at us , which everyone then joined in

Had a first aid course today with Chris he was really helpful and very knowledgeable would highly recommend

amazing friendly assessor, would highly reccomend for people in need of first aid training.

Chris was a great teacher theoretically and practically.

Excellent one-day First Aid at Work course led by Chris Kenneally. Clear theoretical guidance with good practical sessions throughout the day. Nice touch to get a little keyring CPR mouth shield at the end of the course (which I hope never to have to use!). Prompt arrival of our certificates the next day too! Thank you! :)

Chris is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable, provided really good demonstrations and support, and made the session very interesting and engaging. Would definitely recommend, many thanks!

Excellent course. Great balance between practice and theory. Chris made it a fun and interesting day. Thoroughly recommend.

Chris helped us at our Elev8 branch to understand and learn all there is to know to be a first responder. Very understanding when needed and all around a very educational 3 day training.

Chris was an excellent course leader for our team's First Aid training. He made the day extremely informative and also very enjoyable for a wide range of people. We thoroughly recommend using East Kent First Aid for all FA training, personal and commercial like ours. Thank you Chris!!

Professional and informative. Will be using exclusively in the future.

Chris trained a team of 10 of us in Emergency First Aid at Work last week. We were a mixed group of complete beginners and some who had previously trained in First Aid. The course was interesting, informative and engaging, with extra elements I hadn't seen before in a First Aid course. All attendees really enjoyed the day and came away with really valuable skills, thanks East Kent First Aid!

Chris kindly taught a one day course at our business on-site for 11 of us. We learnt valuable skills such as how to administer CPR correctly and to respond to a choking incident. Not only was it informative but Chris is a great story teller, keeping the day fun and great for team bonding. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, informative and interactive session with Chris today. The training was easy to follow and every question asked was answered. The practical aspects of the course were delivered in a fun but serious way and only moving on when everyone was feeling confident and well-rehearsed. The booklet and slides were very supportive along with Chris giving additional information ready to prepare for the assessment process. I am always worried about these courses, but today I was put at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thanks Chris for such a relaxed and enjoyable training course.

Great informative comprehensive well run training by Chris. We started on time, the management of the day was well handled with clear and understandable training. I've been undertaking first aid courses every 2-3 years since 99 and this is the first time my learning has been tested during the training day. The inclusion of testing I think is a vital part to ensure you have retained information. Very reasonably priced as well, we will use again for all our team as and when they need recertifying.

I had such an amazing time at East Kent First Aid training course, Chris was very engaging, informative and encouraging. I loved the practical element to the course and I feel fully equipped if a situation arose. Thanks so much, Chris.

I recently completed a first aid course with Chris Kenneally, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, he created a welcoming and engaging environment that made learning both accessible and enjoyable. Chris has a clear passion for teaching and a deep knowledge of first aid practices. He explained each concept with clarity, using hands-on demonstrations that made the material easy to understand and remember. Whether it was CPR, wound care etc. Chris ensured that everyone in the class felt confident and capable. He encouraged questions and made sure no one was left behind. By the end of the course, I felt fully equipped to handle a range of first aid scenarios. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to take a first aid course—whether you're new to it or just refreshing your skills. An excellent trainer who truly makes a difference!

Brilliant EFAW course today with Chris. I loved all of the props he had to practice the different aspects of the course. We have done our previous training with SJA and I truly believe this training was way better than that! Despite having done many first aid courses I still learnt things that I haven’t before. Would 100% recommend.
